No! While I'm based in Cleveland, Ohio, I work with clients throughout Northeast Ohio, across the state, and nationwide via virtual coaching. Video conferencing is just as effective as in-person sessions. Many of my most successful coaching relationships are conducted entirely online.
If we decide to move forward, most clients begin coaching within 1-2 weeks. I'll send you a coaching agreement and we'll schedule your first session. For Cleveland and Northeast Ohio clients, we can meet in person; for others, we'll connect via secure video conferencing.
A typical engagement includes: discovery session, goal-setting and assessment phase, regular coaching sessions (60-90 minutes), between-session support via email, progress tracking and milestone reviews, and a completion summary with ongoing recommendations.
